The name explains it all, Easy Meatloaf.
This dinner time meal was quick to put together and got a little fun to get my hands dirty mixing all the ingredients together.
While the meatloaf was in the oven I made a side of mashed potatoes & steamed broccoli. Making things even better, there was plenty of leftover meatloaf & mashed potatoes making the next night’s dinner already ready!
